TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MDJ MARKETING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Business decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
